Ignoring clients?

I'm now MiWay client for al 2 months now. During the signing up process i was told that whoever MiWay use for car inspections will contact me for an appointment. I haven't heard from anyone about this? My previous insurer took care of things like this. You made me cancel my tracker, now no one is saying anything about the one you are supposed to install? where and when is it going to be installed? Im driving a ca r without tracker for the first since i bought the car. When is this going to be sorted? I haven't even received my policy documentation!
