I have taken a loan on the 26/03/2013. application was successful only problem my company details were not on the system its been a week no news yet, the service is very bad its like they are doing you a favour or something its their job they don't understand that.

agents are very dumb they can NOT answer your questions keep transferring the call what type of training does these ppl attend? i think most of them didn't finish school as yet,

they take dumbness to a new level
