USELESS SERVICE DELIVERY

I lodged a claim with them on the 25th Jan after I was involved in an accident. To date I have had to call the tow company to get my car released -because the agent could never get a hold of them (but i call and they answer??). I have had to request the release papers for the panelbeaters - which they appointed! As it stands their assessor/panelbeater has yet to load or approve the additional work on my car- 3 weeks after the fact. 2 months after lodging the claim and all that has been done is that my car has been stripped by the PB. The agent is super useless cause she never returns calls or follows up! As a paying customer I should not have to call any of their appointed suppliers to get feedback because the agent has no idea what she is getting paid to do. It is almost 3pm and I was promised a call by Maureen (agents supervisor) - but uselessness reigns supreme.
If anyone who knows what they are doing at Outsurance reads this - PLEASE HELP!!

P.S - I am still waiting for my call recordings to be sent to me!!!
