I submitted a claim on the 18/10/2013 where I received a confirmation sms from the agent from outsurance. My agent confirmed that the claim will be sorted among both insurance companies. It has been almost three months now and I have not received any further communication from Outsurance. I phoned 4 times during this time on the specified number provided by the agent to try and get some clearance, leaving four messages to the agent specifically involved, yet no response - NO SERVICE. Now, even the other insurance company phoned me to check on outsurance and the status of my claim. That I would say is embarrassing. I am seriously considering moving from insurance companies if this is the type of service I can expect from them - pathetic.
