I am appalled and disgusted at the service I received at STANDARD BANK, on 02/10/13 I had my phone beeps from sms When I check it was money being withdrawn from my account an amount of R3000 @09:20 am and R2000 @ 09:21 am, My wallet was there with both my cards, I went to the bank (Alberton) to report this they gave me the phone to report on department, I called department they logged case that was suppose to take 10 t0 14 working days, but today (15/11/2013) when I called them they told that my case has been finalized yesterday (14/11/2013) with no pay and without informing or calling me to discuss.
