I bought a new Nissan Livina in January and on February 14th 2013 it was knocked over by a Translux bus. I was then told to take the car for assessments and eversince then, MaMorena, the Mutual and Federeal consultant that was assisting me has never called me back to tell me what the next step is and I have been battling to get hold of her. I have just called teh call centre now and I was told that she is not at work. This is definately not the kind of service that a person pays for and it is not nice paying for something that is not working.
