Money had to be reversed back in my acc by today

Would like to lodge a complained with regards to money of R 2300 and three other set amounts that was withdrawn from my Standard Bank account from the 08/01/2013 and the 12/01/2013.I inquired this personally with Standard Bank at Trade Route Mall. I spoke to Aadil at customer service who logged inquiries (inquiry numbers 51432741 & 51433498) than I spoke to the manager Martin, However Amy at client services helped me with the investigation and they have picked up that my visa card (credit card) was cloned and money was taken from account in various areas including an online buy for faxes worth R 2300.Between Nico and Amy and another guy they guaranteed me that the moni will be in my account by yesterday 14/01/2012.After Amy contacted the customer line again to see why the money is not reflecting in my acc they told her it will be in this morning 15/01/2013 (the amount of R 2300) and the rest will follow in a few days. Today I phoned the customer line and was told the query was only logged yesterday and it cannot be done. I need an answer from the bank including Amy at Trade Route Mall to explain why the money is not paid back as agreed. The ombudsman will get this soon
