ATM did not give me my money

I wanted to draw out money from a standard bank ATM at Trade Route mall in Lenasia on Sunday the 10 March 2013. I got an sms stating that the amount had come off my account but after waiting for 20 mins I still didnt recieve my money. The customer services agent told me to go into a branch the next day. I went into a branch this morning Monday the 11 March. I got told that since i "drew out" the money on a sunday they can only log a query on tuesday as the transaction will reflect as monday as sunday is not a business day. Also it will take maybe a week or 21 days to get my money back. I think this is really as I don't see why I have to wait to get my own money back!!! I don't care that ATM's have to be balanced and i shouldn't have to bear the brunt of this. It's not my problem. I just want my money back ASAP. If this doesn't get sorted I'll be happy to switch to FNB.
