Money taken from account and not received

I withdrew an amount of R1500 from an Absa ATM on my Standard Bank account at Jabes motors garage Orange Grove in Rustenburg on 31/03/2013 and did not receive my money due to a connection falure. I reported the problem to Standard bank call centre on 1/04/2013 and spoke to Kabelo, who gave me reverence 52546932 and assured me my money would be back in my account within 12 working days. After 12 days passed and nothing happened, I spoke to several other people, namely a Theresa on 17/04/2013, Benton on 18/04/2013 and Mina on 19/04/2013 and every day I hear the same story... They tell me that the system shows the investigation is still pending, but they will sms or phone me with an answer the same day, but uptill now nothing was done! Also on the 19th, I phoned Absa's ATM service line and spoke to Collin, who told me to phone the Saswich line on 0112236188. I phoned several times and they simply don't answer the phone. The lady at Standard bank Waterfall Mall checked the system and found a query was logged by Absa on 18/04/2013 with reference 151989, but today still nothing happened and we URGENTLY NEED THIS MONEY!! We need feedback URGENTLY!!!
