FAULTY ATMS AND NOW I MUST PAY

ON THE 9/02/13 AT ABOUT 17.05 I TRIED TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM THE ELDORADO PARK ATM AT SHOPRITE. THE MACHINE WENT BLANK AFTER MY PIN CODE WAS INSERTED AND MY CARD DID NOT COME OUT. THEN I RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING THAT R2100 WAS WITHDRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT. THAT IS ALL THE CASH I HAD TO SURVIVE TILL PAYDAY. I CALLED STANDARD BANK AND MY CARD WAS STOPPED. I WENT TO SOUTHGATE BRANCH AND STOOD IN A QUE FOR AN HOUR JUST TO BE TOLD I MUST COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SEE THE SERVICE CONSULTANTS. I STAYED OFF WORK FOR THIS AND WENT TO LENASIA AT TRADE ROUTE MALL. THERE I WAS TOLD THAT THE ATM I USED WAS NOT A STANDARD BANK ATM. REALLY??? THEN I WAS CONTACTED BY MARTIN JANSE VAN VUUREN AND TOLD THAT THEY NEED TO BALANCE THE ATMS. YESTERDAY ON THE 13.02.13 I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING. THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY> HOW MUST I SURVIVE FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO CASH? I, VE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT WITH THEM FOR 18 YEARS AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED. WHY MUST I SUFFER BECOZ UR ATMS ARE FAULTY. I CANNOT TRUST STD BANK WITH MY MONEY ANYMORE. I AM MOVING MY BOND AS WELL AS MY ACC> SO DISGUSTED!!!
