Not answering their phones

I've been trying to contact nedbank this whole week in connection with my credit card they are waiting for a payment but I got advised to go under administration wich will be better for me but I need to inform nedbank but you hold on for 10min and they still don't answer their phones. So I am writing this hopefully they will respond.
