Nedbank has sent my wife an unsolicited letter wit the reference number GB13010798830.
Since we have never been Nedbank Clients, and are on the DMA's Do Not Conact List, can you kindly explain how and where you obtained our contact details, and why you are violating the law by sending us such letters?
