Poor Security Checks @ Nedbank Credit division

I am very disappointed and shocked with Nedbank!
I was aplying for Bond Finance and have been just declined because I am owing a Nedbank card that I have never had in my life. Some time in 2012 I receveived a call from Nedbank Investigaing Department that I was owing them R39907.00 for a Credit card, and I told them I was not. Thereafter they said I should send them an affidavit via their Melrose Arch Branch, which I did. Days after they told me that a was committed with my ID number but the suspect was eventualy apprehended.

I am very sad and disappointed with the fact that Nedbank did not do enough to clear my name with ITC, now I cannot get any finance in this regard.

Can please Nedbank clean its house and have this matter sorted for me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE pliz!
