Bruma Finance
DEBIT ORDER

I have a loan with Bruma Finance and pay by debit order which is presented on the last day of the month. For some reason they found it necessary to present another debit order on 6th December. According to my bank, I cannot reverse the debit order as I have an agreement with Bruma Finance. I tried calling them but the number is engaged. I sent an email and was told that they would respond within 24 hours. I understand that by signing a debit order I am giving them permission to take money from my account but surely they must stick to the agreement. I WILL NEVER AGAIN AUTHORISE TO PAY BY DEBIT ORDER!!!
