Debit order madness!

Won't say I am hopping mad, because I am sure you guys will sort me out... However, if I make an agreement with you that debit orders must go through on the 1st of the month, then please keep to that. You put through a debit order on my account (despite my agreement with you) on Friday 29th, even though my salary only went in on the first! This caused this debit order to bounce, cause me R85 in fees, plus a red mark against my name at my bank, as well as a red mark against my account by you (Even though my account has been kept up to date with all 4 contracts that I have. Then I get this SMS yesterday, to which I responded that I will pay it by EFT. I get a nice thank you that I have agreed, however no details are supplied into which bank account I am suppose to pay it!

Please ensure that this transgression (ON YOUR PART!!) does not in any way reflect against my credit rating with you or any of the credit bureau, and supply me with the necessary details so that I can make the payment please. Thanks guys!
