Bad customer service!!!

A payment was not picked up by RCS in september last year!!! due to untrained staff below them in the stores, so for 4 months i have been given letters from the credit burea, my card suspended rude consultants phoning me every second day, this is still after i sent my proof of payment to them in tht same month!!! I am disgusted in your service!! And im still waiting for a phone call from them.
