AFFINITY INSURANCE
NO ACTION FOR 4 WEEKS ON INSURANCE CLAIM

I had an accident on the 03/03/2013 and have put in a claim and supplied all relevent documentation and my car is still sitting in my yard. I am a single mother and rely heavily on my vehicle for work and personal reasons. I am at the point where I am unsure of what to do. I phoned this morning and got cut-off and the lady transferrring me actually seemed to be giggling when I told her my situation and had a similiar situation with a gentleman there the week before. Today is the 28/03/2013 and they haven't even picked my vehicle up yet. Very disappointed and despondent.
