Waited 2 months before they reply on a claim

I have put in a claim on 9 November 2012. Received no feed back up after the assessor was there. Phoned a couple of times and send e-mails but no respond. Received an e-mail on 12 January 2013 that the claim has been rejected. She will forward a copy of rejection to me, still waiting. Now we have more and more damage to our house due to all the rain and hail storms we had the last few months. If they have told me earlier that extra damage could be avoided. I have submitted a complaint of bad service to SA Homeloans and still no reply.
