SA Still Disappoints

The afternoon of the 23 April 2012 Mr JAWORSKI drove into our garden wall proceeding to knock it down as well as damage our electric fence. When SA home Loans was called I was advised to pay the excess to the two companies that would be fixed the damages. R1000.00 was paid out in total for someone else's irresponsibility of driving wrecklessly. My claim number 805532 was dealt with by Carrie van der Laan. The other parties insurance ref number is FNB (Mutual&Federal) CL00049779. I was advised that SA Home loans would be dealing with them to recover tha damage funds and the excess amounts. I called in on the 6 June and was advised that Carrie had resigned and that someone would be appointed to my claim as soon as they are employed. Again on the 9 July, 31 July, 6 Aug, 20 Aug and 12 Sep I followed up to receive nothing from the insurance. I was advised by Carriem Button that I might never get my money back and that my claim was honored and if I do it can take up to 10 years to finalize. Still no one is alloacted to my claim. What is SA Home Loans getting paid to do. I will cancel my insurance if my claim is not honored and refund for excess made within the next 30 days
