POOR SERVICE (OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER)

We lodged a claim on the 09 December. It is not the 30 January and we have had no resolution or closure to the claim. We call at least 5 times a day and get no joy from Charlene Sathiah. Finally she sends us an agreement of loss on the 29 January and then retracts it. The assessor now needs to re-assess this. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF US NONSENSE. My husband queried the claim and they DISCOVERED something conflictual.

NEVER USE SA HOMELOANS FOR INSURANCE... THEY SERVICE IS DISPEAKABLE!!!
