Unreliable and worst service ever from 1Life

I opened a funeral cover with 1life direct I think in november, they have already debit my account 3 times already when I called them to ask when am I getting my documentation since the money is being debited every month but I have nothing to show for it, I was notified by the lady named Kgomotso that my policy was never accepted by their system due to the number of people that I had insured, but I asked her why was I not made aware of this in the last 3 months, but nobody had an answer for me, so I cancelled the policy and have been waiting for my refund from the end of january until today. I called them again spoke to Ricardo who said that I will get my money between 14th-18th of feb that didn't happen, then on the 21th Feb I called and spoke to Pikolwethu who said I will get my money the latest today, still no money. Other consultants who were of no assistance where Linkin, Tandeka and Swazi, who gave a lot of stories. I think 1life gives the worst service ever, they are unreliable
