I spoke to a consultant on Monday the 25th of March
After being on the phone with her for almost 40 minutes she promised to get back to me the next day (tue 26th) with a quote for my vehicle
Needless to say it is close of business Wednesday and i am still waiting for my quote
"we'll bend over backwards for you" Really?? what a joke
If i did business like this i would be no where
I am extremely off, dont tell me that you are going to do something and then i have to follow up to get an answer
Maybe you should change your advert to "we will over promise and under deliver"
