"we'll bend over backwards" is a blatant lie!

I have received continually poor service from Outsurance throughout the entire duration of my claim. The matter is STILL not rectified. The managers never follow-up or ensure that issues are resolved. Outsurance's new advertising campaign "we'll bend over backwards for our clients" is a very bold promise to make when they actually deliver extremely bad services on a daily basis. Do I need to contact the Ombudsman before my claim is actually rectified???
