It's a strange world that we live in, now we are being conned by legitimate companies.

It seems as if we are bound to the red tape and long procedures of banks and insurance companies like yours when submitting a claim, but let the client not pay and they handed over to attorneys!

After numerous calls and updated reports been faxed and emailed a million times, I'm still in the dark. I keep been told that they are working on my claim and will call me back but never do. My emails never get answered either.

Reports clearly state that I have deteriorated in my physical, mental and emotional health and was unwell and unfit for duty thus I am not working and unable to pay my 3 loans. My RCP, credit card and overdraft are all over drawn and standard bank has now handed me over to LGR attorneys. So why have I been paying for account protection plans In the case of becoming ill if my claim is taking almost a year to resolve and I am still in the dark as to what is happening on the claims. Do I have to approach the ombudsman for an answer???
