Damaging my credit profile

Standard bank gave me a settlement offer on my over draft. I paid the settlement in full and received a letter of confirmation that standard bank has no further claim against me and that the account would be closed. While not so, they handed me over again to their attorneys. I sent their attorneys proof that standard bank has no further claim against me. They still send me sms' saying that my account remains unpaid and should I not pay it there will drastic consequences. Well go ahead! You will loose in court and I will sue for making my name bad on my credit profile prohibiting me from say buying a new car... Try it, you will loose. So either you sort this out or I will see you in court!!!
