I had a revolving cr facility. In Oct of 2011, I contacted std bank as I medically was unfit for work. Std sent throught the insurance papers, My specialist completed them and I returned them. It had taken standard bank more than 3 months to provide an outcome to the claim resulting in the insurance on the credit facility lapsing. the claim was declined - i was told to write to the complaint resolution department of std which i did. this took another 3 months. I later refered it to the ombudsman and placed std bank on copy of all emails. Std bank then handed the account over to LGR attorneys with no decision from the ombudsman. After receiving numerous summons and telephone calls, LGR had withdrawn. Standard bank then handed the account to a 2nd attorney (same as previous went down). this morning a 3rd attorney (new) arrogant contact me and immediatley sent me a sms about attaching property. This is not F#CKING on - Please catch a huge wake up. Customer Services is horrendous with Std Bank
