Good day. Maponya Mall branch issued me a new debit card that didn't work. I called 2x on 22nd Feb after being cut off when my airtime ran out. Told that Card Division was still working on the problem. NO feedback.01March I was issued a new debit card at the Southgate branch & spent about 3 hrs trying to sort out no access to internet & cellphone banking. Call Centre team leader, Harold Madumo backed up an instruction to de-link my accounts from my cheque card. They weren't linked back. He erased my cellphone banking profile as it was now showing the wrong account. The faulty profile is still there! Said he'd call me back re: complaint about de-linking. He didn't. Calls were logged with Standard Bank IT (turn-around time 72 hrs) over a week ago. NO feedback! On 14th March I called the Call Centre. Was cut off twice again-my airtime ran out. I was told my cheque card had been blocked! Don't know by whom & why! I'm paying for features I can't use. Will the Bank reimburse me? The inconvenience has been upsetting & scary. I've logged a complaint on their site. NO feedback! My loyalty for over a decade is now severely tested! Can someone kindly tell me what is going on & how they are going to fix it, hassle free?
