After the at my house on 20 February this year I lodged a claim at Outsurance for the, just to hear that I am NOT covered for!!! After inquiring why not, the very friendly lady told me that I only have limited cover EXCLUDING . When asked what is covered, I found out for fire, water - acts of.

I always had extended cover, but when I experienced financial difficulties, the Outsurance guy was SO NICE, and suggested that I downgrade to the limited cover to carry me over, without losing out.
