Last month on the 13/08/2013 I had a car accident on the R300 freeway Cpt. I phoned Outsurance to asssist me seeing that I still had a policy with them. I was then told that my cover only covered the 3rd party and not me which got me furious. The day I phoned Outsurance I was with 1st for women and was looking if Outsurance woulld give me something better but turned out they were still expensive compared to 1st for women. I then turned down the agents offer only for him to tell me that he can offer me something better and needs to speak with his manager. He comes back with a cheaper offer but doesn't clearly explain to me that I won't be covered in accidents. I asked him again to confirm and to understend the cover but gave me an answer that I will be covered. Now I'm sitting with a car that still needs to be fixed and I'm so done with outsurance. They took me out of a good cover with 1st for women for. They were meant to get back to me after having to listen to the call, and to date, no one has phoned me at all.
