Money out of my account twice in one week

I went to a Absa ATM on 24 September 2013 in order to withdraw money. After a few minutes of processing the transaction the ATM screen read "communication failure, please try again later". I got a SMS that the money was taken off my account. I called the call centre various times and was told different things by each person at the call centre. I went into a branch and was given a case number (2534909) and was told that the Turnaround time according to the SLA is 8 days. I received a SMS yesterday (27 September 2013) stating that my case has been assigned to Palesa Selane and that I will receive feedback within 5-7 working days. What happened to the 8 day turnaround time?

Last night I swiped my card again at a garage and the transaction timed out. Again money has been deducted from my account. I feel robbed!

Absa, I just like many people work for my money and would appreciate it if all funds are put back into my account urgently. I need this money and it is mine! Why should I wait for my own money?
