Year and a half nightmare

In December 2011 I was defrauded of my vehicle by a scrupulous dealer in Boksburg who offered to take my car and pay MFC the settlement amount of 85k... My instincts told me not to but I did it cause I just wanted to settle the vehicle.. Needless to say the deal went sour and I was left high and dry by acting as representatives of MFC. The story hit Carte Blanche in Feb and they have since done it to over 100 other people, even after saying I want my car back they sold it from under me. I approached MFC and was handed to their legal team who were very difficult to work with.. After being sent from pillar to post eventually my case was handed to DRSM attorneys. Graham Hood who is handling the case has tried to send summons to the current possessor of the vehicle with no joy, seems to keep serving the wrong people, After many requests to offer help and assistance it proved fruitless, It also seems that after a year and a half MFC have either dropped my case or Graham Hood has decided to give up, i've yet to have one phone call returned or one email responded to by him. Be warned as long as banks have your bucks dont expect anything in return specially if its their legal help!
