Beware of Autobarn

In October 2012, I approached Autobarn to trade in my Kia and purchase a BMW on the floor. The BMW had 3500km on the clock and had the full remainder of the 100 000km BMW motorplan.

After driving the vehicle for 3 days, everything went wrong, the windows did not open, the onboard computer displayed error messages. I returned the vehicle to Autobarn and requested the service book so that I could take the car to BMW. Needless to say it was one story after the other and eventually in January 20134 I took the matter to my attorney. Please note that at this stage the traded car was not settled as per our agreement. It is now a year later and I am still trying to pay for two vehicles. To my surprise it came to my attention that Mr Graham also went as far as to rent out the BMW to associates, whilst the car was supposed to be on the floor to be sold so that the vehicle could be settled. I have been to the NCC, the ombudsman etc and no one has been able to assist. In the mean time I am now also receiving speeding fines on the vehicle that is on my name, but that I have never had the privilege of driving. It turns out the vehicle was in a major accident, was repaired by some back yard
