I have a personal loan with fnb, when calling for a settlement in dec 2011 i was advised about a pausing period which is in jan where my payment will not go off for that month, i advised the agent that i dont want the pausing period and that i would like for my payment to go off for that month, which it did. they then said that i should call the collections dpt where another agent said to me that they dont have a pausing period any longer. i called again on the 11/01/13 at around 10am, i spoke to another agent who then advised me again about the pausing period when i explained to him that my payment went off for jan 2012 he insisted that i never paid for that month, though i have my proof that i have paid. i was very irate as the agent never listened to me nor believed me when i tried to explain this to him, i called again on the 21/01/13 and spoke to tumi who confirmed my payment for jan 2012 went off and that she could even see that i requested no pausing period. she couldnt tell me who assisted me the previous time i called as the agent didnt leave any notes. my problem is that every employee im speaking to is giving me a different story, i am disgusted at the service i receive
