Good day

My Account number 2950621007 was closed without me knowing and that has inconvinienced me for my debit orders not to go through and I have to pay late penalties. I called the customer service and was told that my account was dormant but I was using my account for the whole of this year I spoke to Craig on 011 710 2456 and he told me that they sent a letter of closing the account in 2009 but I was using the account without any hassles the whole of 2013 with the last transaction being on 22 March 2013. How is it possible that a letter be sent on 2009 and the account closed 4 years later without me knowing?
