I had paid up my Nedbank credit card account (11 october 2013) and requested for it to be closed.
i sent emalls to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on the 15 october 2013, requesting the letter that confirms that the account has been paid up and closed - since they all sent me the settlement letter; to which i didnt get any response. i then called in and i spoke to a consultant by the name of Mandisa and the reference number for the call is: 65167289, i asked her to send me the confirmation letter that the account has been paid up and closed, in which she told me i'll get letter before the end of the day - 17 October 2013. i later got a call from durban card department and they asked why im closing the account, told them its because of the high rates, and asked her too to send the letter and she said i'll get it after our call, today is the 21st of october and i havent got the letter. im real on my last nerve with this poor service from Nedbank. plesae dont promise what you cant keep!!!
