Poor service with their claims department

28/11/13, i had an accident, the other party was also a Miway client, also admitting to their fault. Took car for assesment 4 dec (where assessor never showed up), had to reschedule that ap for the next day. The car was assessed, and only 12/12/13 i got feedback that claim was now at the legal department. Till today its not finalised, its almost 2 months since i reported the claim?

06/01/14, i had another incident, which i reported within 2 days (on-line after failing countless times to get through their phones, voicemail wayawaya), they only called 13/01/14 and when i mist the call by seconds, it took them another 2 days (15th Jan) to get back to me:( Took the car in for assessments the same day of the 15th, till today, no feedback.

U should see my car, very obvious dent to it, the only thing is that it moves, and i have to use it for work on a daily basis (to a professional enviroment).

But on a monthly basis for two years with the company, i have never defaulted on my payments. My first cliam experince and i have to deal with this appauling service:(

A clear case of no adequate disaster recovery plan, who suffers? the client! wen is car to be fixed???
