I have officially been holding on for over 9 minutes for one of your consultants regarding my overdue account. this is not the first time i have tried to contact your call centre this month to make arrangements for the outstanding amount. I am not able to sit for 20 minutes holding on to make arrangements... then you still have the audacity to continue sending me sms' informing me that i need to make arrangements for payment yet i can never get through to your call centre! i have just spoken with an Angie Matthews who when i informed her that i had been holding on for almost 15 minutes, got irritable, and was VERY unhelpful! I understand that i am behind on my payments, and AM trying to catch up. the least you could do is have ppl in your call centre who are understanding, compassionate and that have atleast A LITTLE BIT of empathy with YOUR clients who are going through a tough time! I'm really dissappointed in the service from Toyota/Wesbank
