Deleting internet banking profile for no reason

I have an enormous problem with the service I have received from Nedbank in general over the years, and in particular your Sunninghill branch. The branch is always under-staffed and one ends up having to queue for minutes before you are seen to. Last week I made the vital mistake of closing a savings account that was costing me more than it was benefiting me, resulting in the consultant (unbeknown to me) destroying my entire internet banking profile irrespective of the fact that I still have a current and credit card account with Nedbank that I require internet banking for. This resulted in me not being able to make important transfers from my accounts over the weekend. Whilst the problem has since been rectified, I now have a new banking profile to memorise and have to manually upload all my previous account beneficiaries which is a HUGE inconvenience for me considering that this could have been avoided if the consultant had applied her mind when closing down my savings account. What I am paying banking fees for? This is unacceptable and I am strongly considering moving my bond and remaining accounts to a bank that actually takes the interests of their clients to heart.
