Bad service and not corrected for over 6 months

Since Oct "2012 we had so much problems with you we had 5 cards all wrong now we have been billed incorrectly they took off more then double this month and two weeks before my payment day, after we gave you the new account details, We no longer wanna deal with your company all it has brought in our house is trouble this medical aid should not be available to any one out there. this medical aid i recommend to no one!
