Everytime I have to deal with Oneplan medical it is a fight! I have to submit my documents to them about 15 times and then still get sms to say they will debit my account next month with double my monthly fee!!! After sending them proof of payment on the 2nd July already!! 3 weeks and they have still not processed all the 15 emails of proof of payments I have sent them. It is always a fight and I am now so sick of this!!! Each call centre operator says they will help me and it has been sorted only to receive an sms today that they will debit my account with double!!! Guess what, I had to now send ANOTHER call centre guy, not Robert or Samuel but this time Desmond my POP, lets see if he does his job and sends it to the right department to follow up on! This is the last time I fight, next time I MOVE to another medical aid. I have been with these guys since October 2010 but I am now getting lekker '' as they say in Afrikaans!!!
