Oneplan Health Insurance
Apprently they are not a medical aid anymore

When appliying for medical aid they where very happy to assist expalining how their "MEDICAL AID" is the best. Now that i need medial assistance our of the R750 that i give them every month they will put into my card an amount of R250.00. i ask them to send me a tax certificate then i am told that that they are not a medical aid anymore now they are a "Health" insurance, which is not obliged to give tax certificates. Their product is very misleading.
