Forceful demands

My wife had an account with foschini back in 2001. She defaulted and the account was taking to africredit in 2008 and she was told to make a payment of R970.00 of which she paid it in full and fax the prove of payment to africredit. the person that was dealing with her at the time was tiny. At the beggining on february my wife received a call from saya recoveries saying she owe again the same amount as was claimed by africredit. she told the that she payed off the account long time ago in 2008. We phoned them yesterday and said she owed R1010.47. We explained to them again that we settled the account long time ago and how come foschini offers my wife a credit bt she owe them? They did nt ansa that. the person that we are dealing with now is lunga and mondli. my wife does nt have an account with foschini anymore or any other retail shop for that matter. Pls assist us to solve this problem.
