ITC Information wasn't removed

I had an FNB card which is now paid up, i did an ITC inquery from Compuscan and picked up that the card information still reflect there. the card has an opening date of 2003-11-15 and a paid up date for 2010-07.29. this is now more than 2 years and accordning to ITC this should no longer be there. FNB could you please instruct all the beureas to remove this information
