Not updating payment information with ITC

On 10 September 2013 I paid the full amount outstanding on my Standard Bank Titanium credit card. On 23 October I did an enquiry at ITC and found that Standard bank had not yet updated this with ITC. I send a quiry to the Standard Bank Card Division and they responded that they would refer the matter to their collections department. I didn't hear anything since. On 04 November 2013 I did another check with ITC and still Standard Bank did not update my information. I think this is totally unacceptable as this information should be updated on a monthly basis with the credit bureaux and it is not almost 2 months later.
All I want is for my information to be correctly reflected and updated with ITC.
