I recently upgraded my Savings account to a Cheque account online. I was told a courier company will contact me regarding the delivery of my Bank Card. After not hearing anything for days I send an email to [Email Removed] To date I have not received any information regarding the bank card. This is frustrating as my account online already reflects the new card.
This is not what I expected from FNB.
