UCount rewards -fed up!!!

I applied on the Standard bank website for a UCount rewards card in July this year. To date i have not received the card or any information regarding ucount rewards. Whats worse is they have been debiting my bank account for the Ucount card since july 2013.
I even sent an email 3 weeks ago to the [Email Removed] enquiries) detailing my story. To date i have not received the card or any response from that email.

What terrible customer service is this! no wonder people are switching from Standard bank to other banking institutions.
