I signed up for on-line banking with Nedbank because I wanted to be able to print out bank statements for 12 months from the convenience on my office printer or gain access to the soft copy to email to my book keeper. However the statements output format is not friendly to the average user and does not display all needed information such as the account holder's details.

I was forced to go into the branch (19 March 2013), SOUTHGATE is the closest to me. I asked a teller how much the print-out will cost me and she assured me it was going to be free, then I asked her to proceed. A day later I found the sum of R495 removed from both my accounts. I went back and the assistant manager assured me it was a human error from their side, "new stuff member" story I was fed. She promised I would have my money reversed by the end of business Friday (22 March 2013). I decide to be understanding and accept her apology. On Friday 30min before the bank closes she gives me a call which I was unable to return until later and by then the bank was closed.

Nedbank is stalling with reversing my money while they look for a way to avoid paying me back. I feel insulted by their tactics! I want money back
