On Tuesday 2/07/ 2013 i went to Nedbank (Workshop Pick and Pay) in Durban to get a print out of my bank statement. A consultant that was helping me said my address that was appearing on the screen was not corresponding with the address that i was telling her which was weired because few months ago i went to the Nedbank branch in Westville Pavilion to do a bank card since i lost it this did not come up. I asked her to check my ID and my phone number if it the same she said yes it is. She than said she cannot print it out due to that. I asked her cant she confirm these details with her office she said no next thing my card was blocked. I went back to the her and asked why my card was blocked she said it because of the above story and the's nothing she can do and does not know when it will be sorted. I asked my fiance to give Nedbank a call since i cant even afford airtime and she called Durban Nedbank department delt with Hendrie, Complaint centre spoke to Dapheny, Risk department the account was allocated to Helena who did not help but handed me over to Kamol who is currently off work. This is the 3rd day of my ordeal no one has helpeld me and i cant have excess to my money.
