Nedbank wonders why I have changed banks and only my homeloan is with them. I closed my account with Nedbank about 3 months ago, I paid over R400 to close it, I went into Centurion Nedbank and was assured everything is closed after signing and paying. I got an SMS a few months later saying I needed to put money into my account, I called and the operator made me feel like an because there was no reference and assured me that if there was a problem they would call. I got a second SMS and ignored it. However, yesterday I got a letter saying I owe R179 to avoid legal action WHAT THE!! How can a bank run like this, this is frudulant behaviour!!! I want to resolved once and for all, how can I have done and paid everything only to have a letter saying I owe more and go through the process again, how on earth do you trust a bank with your money if they can't even do this SIMPLE thing!!!
