Standard Bank do not want new accounts

I entered Standard Bank at 10:56 to open a new account. I was told I am the next client in line. At 11:35 I was not helped yet. One would think that opening a new account would be a priority to Standard Bank but the customer service people just did not care.
I think FNB must be an option. Way easier to much more client centric. Very bad Standard Bank. I am disappointed
